An LDA is an experienced professional who will aid you in preparing your legal documents for court and a much lower cost. The key difference is whether that individual is working under the direct supervision of an attorney or allowed by law to work without the direct supervision of an attorney

The owner of Prestige Paralegal, Kristy Schaeffer, has been providing this type of service since 1988. In addition, the owner was only the second individual to be licensed and bonded in Kern County to prepare legal documents for the public without the direct supervision of an attorney. We also meet all of the education and experience requirements by the state to perform these services.
